MASKED is a collection of 6,666 unique NFTs. Each character is hand-designed in 50x50 pixel format, with a range of 7 traits:- Mask

- Aura
- Weapon
- Accessory
- Gesture
- LotteryThese traits each have distinct rarity rankings which determine the NFT’s overall ranking amongst the 6,666. Rarity is broken down into 5 tiers:1) Base
2) Accessorised (1 accessory)
3) Weaponised (1 weapon)
4) Equipped (1 weapon & accessory)
5) Empowered (1 weapon, accessory & aura)Rarity doesn’t dictate lottery trait values. A base mask could also be a “3” (3x lottery ticket value). Further information about our monthly holder lottery can be found below.Any MASK that has a lottery value or 3 (0.5% rarity) will entitle the holder to an additional free mint on Rarible (EVM / INJ) at a later date. This collection will be smaller, more exclusive, and pay-to-mint for everyone without a winning lottery ticket.MASKED NFTs are exclusive to Injective, and will be available through Talis Art. At a later date, a separate collection will be available on Rarible.

FAQ’s

Who are the founders?MASKED has two founders; MDX3K and Ginja Ninja, both of whom have actively engaged in the Injective ecosystem for over 2 years. This is our gift to you.Is the artwork finalised?Yes. You can find samples at the footer of this page, along with many more across our social platforms such as X and Discord. Many traits have not yet been revealed and will be seen for the first time on minting day.When’s the launch?The MASKED Launchpad will open on Friday 08/08 for whitelist 1. Whitelist 2 opens a day later, followed by the third and final (public) phase.What’s the cost?All 6,666 MASKED NFTs will be given away to the Injective community at zero-cost. Its two project founders will fund the listing and all associated costs, at our own expense.How many can I mint?The maximum allocation for phase 1 & 2 whitelists are 66 and 28 respectively. The public phase has a mint limit or 6 NFTs per wallet. This means that no single person can own more than 100 MASKED NFTs before our secondary market opens.How do I get whitelisted?Whitelists for phases 1 & 2 have been formed over the past several weeks, through various promotions, partnerships and giveaways. All of our whitelist spots (4,444 total) are now allocated.Can I sell my free mints?Yes. This is our economic model, in fact. The secondary market; once opened, will generate royalty fees paid in $INJ. We will take 7% of every NFT sale, with Talis also taking 3%. This means that you; the seller, will keep 90% of all sale values. For instance, if you sell for 1 $INJ then you will keep 0.9 $INJ.Half of all royalty fees will be used for a monthly holder lottery (each MASKED NFT is a ticket). The winner will take 66.6% and the runner-up will take 33.3%.The remaining half will be re-invested across the Injective ecosystem via the MASKED treasury, with the focus on investing in on-chain communities and advancing the memecoin & NFT economy on Injective.Which communities will be rewarded?The following Injective communities have each been awarded 1-200 mints to distribute as they see fit:- Premier Ninjas
